SyllabusMET 313 - APPLIED FLUID MECHANICS.
Class 3, cr. 3. Prerequisites: MET 230 and MA 222 or consent of
instructor.
The fundamentals principles of fluid mechanics are developed, including
properties of fluid, pressure hydrostatics, dynamics of fluid flow, friction
losses, and sizing of pipes. Emphasis is on problem solving.
